Three this morning and two this afternoon. Yes both groups came from the South over the lake. The second group landed in the field looking for left over grain. They are the vanguard, there must be open water in the marsh or near the edges.
This is good, if that’s right we will be moving docks in about 3 weeks. Heavy rain is in the near future and bright sunny warm days will melt the ice fast.
The nice weather is good to stimulate the Spring desires. Desires like fishing and boating. The Crappie and Bluegill and lets not forget Perch are going to be hungry when the ice goes out and we will have boats in for the eager day trippers. The Month of May has some fantastic savings Check it out http://bit.ly/15AUQwl “The Eager Angler”
