Century House

Century House Cottage offers a unique blend of history and comfort. Originally builtin the year of 1930's as a log cabin, it has been thoughtfully updated to modern standards while still retaining its warm pioneer charm. This two-bedroom cottage is ideal for families or small groups, with two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other.
Unlike neighboring cottages, Century House features a large picture window instead of patio doors, offering a peaceful view and plenty of natural light. Mature trees provide excellent shade, and the stairs leading down to the dock are conveniently located nearbyperfect for easy access to the waterfront.
The fully equipped kitchen makes family meals easy and includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and glassware—everything you need to feel at home.
Outside, enjoy your private patio deck with outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ, and a picnic table. Each cottage also has its own campfire pit, a favorite with guests for evening gatherings and roasting marshmallows under the stars.
Linens are provided for all stays. Towels are included with weekly bookings; for stays shorter than one week, guests are asked to bring their own towels.
All Highland View cottages offer the same great amenities, with layouts that vary slightly. Please see the photos and floor plan for details specific to Alder Bay Cottage
