The holiday is over and it’s back to the grindstone.

January 5th, 2012 by Mike Arpin

For most that celebrate Christmas the trees are down and all the decorations are carefully packed and put into storage for next year. But for some the tradition of “Little Christmas”, “The Feast of the Meiji” or “Orthodox Christmas” the 6th of January is still part of the celebration so the tree is still up. In my case I just don’t want to take the tree down.

What ever your tradition Merry Christmas to all that Celebrate the 6th of January

The turkey is long gone the plum pudding has put unwanted pounds on and the kids are ready to go back to school. Now it’s time to get into the normal routine again, that is until the next big celebration!

From all of us at Highland View Resort to you:

Now it is the perfect time to enjoy the winter, that is if and when it ever gets here. But if the cold is keeping you indoors you can always start planning for your summer vacation, that golf trip, a fishing excursion, or a quick getaway for the May 24 weekend!
