Still no frost here at Highland View Resort

Our time is coming soon because there has been reported frost further inland from the lake. The flowers are still in gull blossom, no sign of any frost damage yet. We had clear sky’s last night and I sort of thought that we might see some of Jack’s  handy work this morning. We lucked in not last night.  The mist is rising off the bay by the “Bessy B” and the rest of the property is bathed in a golden glow. It’s cool crisp and the colors are changing too quickly, but the scarlet red’s, brilliant yellow’s and hues of other colors are beginning to dominate the landscape.
